1. WATCO regular exercise on overall happiness?
Audience: Possibly depressed, unhappy with appearance, unsatisfied with life or themselves, likely out of shape, too lazy to exercise. These are all characteristics of someone who does not exercise regularly.
Claim: Exersising regularly will improve your overall happiness because exercising regularly will increase production of endorphines and help to tone and shape your body.

2. WATCO leaving your dirty dishes in the sink on how friends think of you?
Audience: Female, 21 years old, college student, lives with 3 female roommates, likes to have people over instead of going to their place.
Claim: Leaving your dirty dishes in the sink instead of putting them in the dishwasher will cause a negative opinion of you by your friends because leaving your dirty dishes in the sink makes the kitchen dirty and smelly.

3. WATCO writing in a journal daily on memory?
Audience: Able to read and write, possibly has trouble remembering things, could be older, afraid of getting alzheimers.
Claim: Writing in a journal daily increases your memory because writing in a journal daily gives you an opportunity to recollect the days events and read past entries.
